We ship our products across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, India and South Korea. For shipment to other countries, please contact us.
Please check your email for updates, including your receipt and tracking number. Don’t forget to look in your junk mail folder as well!
A. Processing Time:
- After your payment has been received and cleared into our account. We will dispatch your order within 24 to 72 hours for shipping. This applies to in stock items only.
- In stock customised items (for example: name printing) will be dispatched within 7-10 business days.
- Ordering an item on back-order guarantees priority when it’s restocked. The entire order will be shipped once all items are available. We don’t usually ship partially or split orders, to reduce costs and environmental impact. If you need in-stock items urgently, please place separate orders. Pre-ordered / back-ordered items take 1-3 months to be delivered. Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
B. Delivery Time:
This refers to the time it takes for order to be delivered to you.
- West Malaysia: 3-5 business days
- East Malaysia & International Air Shipping: 7-14 business days
Working Hours:
8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. This means orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and pubic holiday will not processed until the next business day at the earliest.

Self pickup
Free of charge for in-store collection with our authorised reseller outlet. Please schedule an appointment for pickup.
Alternatively, customers may arrange services like Lalamove and Grab to pick up order via our authorised reseller. These services can deliver the order to your location. Starmax Fencing and its partner are not responsible for your order should any disputes arise, whilst using third party delivery services for pickup.
Flat rates
West Malaysia – RM 20 (first 4 kg, additional charges apply for bulky parcels)
East Malaysia – RM 60 (first 4 kg, additional charges apply for bulky parcels)
Singapore – RM 130 (first 4 kg, additional charges apply for bulky parcels)
Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam – RM 170 (first 3 kg, additional charges apply for bulky parcels)
Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan – RM 280 (first 3 kg, additional charges apply for bulky parcels)
India, South Korea – RM 350 (first 3 kg, additional charges apply for bulky parcels)
Shipment to other countries – on quotation basis.
If the delivery fees (flat rates) exceeds the limit, you are required to top up the amount. We will endeavour to inform you of this within a reasonable period after the order is submitted, prior to shipping.
Taxes
Kindly note that we do not charge any extra tax on the products sold on our website. Before placing an order, please make sure to check your country’s customs regulations. It is possible that your country’s border control may impose additional tax charges directly on you.
Please note that orders within Malaysia are not subject to tax charges.
